EQ Dozen OP 57, 58 from Virtual Quilter

All the blocks in this project file, and others which have the EQ prefix, are designs direct from the Electric Quilt Block Library. Though i have to admit that I did play with one of the blocks. The centre block in the design above is from the library, which I divided to make four corner blocks. Well, one corner block which I can turn around to use in four corners.

The Stripes have it from Art In Search

A couple of years ago (grimace), a woman at my quilt guild gave me a plastic shoe box filled with 2" scrap stripe squares. She knew I loved stripes (for bindings) and knew I loved scraps. Log Cabin, on Point from Elaine Adair Pieces

Between  questions, investigating, not knowing how, getting a new roof due to hail damage, hiring tree trimmers, home insurance complications, health insurance, Air Link  (helicopter)  flight insurance, new heart-healthy diet, replacing a TV that was needed to help me "rest", redoing the studio to make it more usable, cardio P.T., and the usual home maintenance, I've been infrequently working on this Patriotic Log Cabin.  For whatever reason, I kept getting mixed up with "which row?" kind of slip-ups but today it's in order.   Sometimes, when making a row on point, the blocks don't appear to be ...

Last week Jenny taught one quick and easy way to set a quilt on point; this week, she’s demonstrating another simple method!

She starts with an easy-peasy bear paw block and stitches it up with setting triangles. It’s the perfect pattern for your favorite 2.5 inch strips, and it comes together like a dream! Click HERE to watch the tutorial!
